Currently, the article has been compiled by one editor User:Luis Napoles, and is based primarily on 1 report from the Cuban Archive organization - a tax exempt advocacy organization with the stated goal of promoting "understanding, recognition, and observance of human rights." María C. Werlau (the primary author of the utilized report), is the Executive Director of the archive based in Washington, D.C. If the article is to remain, then it should primarily rely on 3rd party sources, not engaged in political advocacy.   Redthoreau (talk)RT 06:10, 14 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have inserted some material from a 1999 AP story. I believe that other such news sources should be sought after.   Redthoreau (talk)RT 07:12, 14 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
