Hai Halla[1] is an Indore swachta(cleanliness) celebration song, After huge Success of Ho Halla song and Swachh Survekshan 2017(monument held in 2017),Indore was awarded as clean city of India,[2][3] Indore Municipal Corporation and Rishikesh Pandey created swachta(cleanliness) celebration song Hai Halla, sung by Shaan and Payal Dev, composed and Lyrics by Rishikesh Pandey and conceived by Parikipandla Narahari (IAS Officer).

This song was releas on 1st-June-2017 by Venkaiah Naidu Vice President of India ,Sumitra Mahajan Lok Sabha Speaker and Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. [4] After it has been become popular among indore residents just after it released. [5]

Due to great love of people towards this song Indore Municipal Corporation decided to organized show called "Grand halla"[6][7],Where people get chance to listen to the voice of Rishikesh Pandey and Shan and to feel the harmony of music On 23 December 2017. The show was free of cost and around 45000 People of Indore took part in the Event.
