– With both of these pages containing only the primary topic and persons of the respective surnames, it makes sense to repurpose these lists as surname set indices with the primary topics listed in the page under a "See also" section. Splitting the surname entries into their own set index would make the disambiguation pages fail [[WP:2DABS]].
