Facing the World is a UK-based charity that helps children in Vietnam with birth defects that disfigure their faces by training Vietnamese doctors in craniofacial surgery, sending UK doctors to Vietnam to perform surgeries, and providing equipment to Vietnamese hospitals.[1] It was founded in 2003, and its focus is on Vietnam due to the high prevalence of such birth defects there due to the use of Agent Orange in the Vietnam War.[2]

It has been active in two hospitals in Hanoi[1][3] and a hospital in Da Nang.[4]
