California Pacific University is located in Escondido(San Diego), California. It was founded in 1976 to provide alternative educational programs for adults wishing to obtain bachelors, masters
and doctoral degrees in the areas of business administration and management.
California Pacific University was the first collegiate institution to be approved under the qualitative standards mandated by The Educational Reform Act of 1977. It was also the first institution approved by the State of California to offer academic degree programs by home study without residency requirements. Students are enrolled in programs designed for the achievement of personal, professional and career goals.
