It doesn't bother me that you blocked this IP address. I work for a big company, I know that I share this IP (and ...43) with a lot of other people. I have a username I can log in with. |

BUT HERE'S THE THING: I tried to make a minor edit-- in the SANDBOX no less-- while not logged in, and I received the message "Your account or IP address has been blocked from editing. - This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia. —— Eagle (ask me for help) 05:03, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

You were blocked by Eagle 101 for the following reason (see our blocking policy): spamming\ Your IP address is 163.192.21.44."
OK, I've been blocked. No big. So I go to check out what changes my IP address has made that got us blocked...
Only I can't. There is no way to check it. Here's the path I had to take to get here:
- Wander around looking for a way to accomplish this. Not having any luck.
- Finally ended up on the page Wikipedia:Very Frequently Asked Questions
- In the section "Why have I been blocked?" there appears the sentence "...put the text { {unblock|reason} } tag on your talk page..."
- Clicking on that brought me to this page. But I still couldn't see my revision history. So I had to...
- Edit this page, and then...
- ...look at the history for this page, and then...
- ...click on my IP and that finally brought me to the listing of changes that had been made by this IP address.
Seriously, guys, you've GOT to come up with a simpler system!
