Economic A Zone

I saw Ningbo listed on a company's website as "Ningbo Zhenhai Economic A Zone Ningbo City". The only information I've found so far is Special_economic_zone, but it doesn't specifically mention Ningbo. I'm curious - what does Economic A Zone indicate?
