@Mar4d: I removed the children information that you added because we don't usually namecheck children or relatives unless they're notable - at least by WP standards. @Saqib: See WP:ABOUTSELF: Self-published and questionable sources may be used as sources of information about themselves, usually in articles about themselves or their activities, without the self-published source requirement that they be published experts in the field. Independent source is not a requirement in this case. I've no comments regarding the infobox, but if the convention is to exclude it from there, it can be easily mentioned in the body. Oath Taking as President

Arif Alvi will most likely take oath on 10th September as 9th falls on a Sunday, Mamnnoon Hussain's tenure will end on 9th and the chairman senate will serve as acting president from 9th-10th. Jibran1998 (talk) 15:42, 4 September 2018 (UTC)

Felicitation message

@SheriffIsInTown: Wanted to let you know that I removed the felicitation message Alvi received his Chinese counterpart because I believe it does not passes 10YT. I hope thats okay with you. --Saqib (talk) 08:21, 6 September 2018 (UTC)

@Saqib: Actually, it could have been expanded, there was more in it about Sino-Pak relations. Chinese president himself seldom comes out and says such things about relations with Pakistan so it was more than usual for me. Also, for him to give a detailed message about our figurehead was unusual in itself. I mean who cares about our president. ☺ I should have expanded it but did not have drive to do so! But I did not found anything unusual in that felicitation message. Maybe I'm missing something? And we did not noted those numerous felicitation messages conveyed to Prime Minister Khan so why exception in this case.
