:::There are a few reasons I thought the Tuscaloosa tornado was notable (first tornado fatality in Tuscaloosa since 1932, not to mention Tuscaloosa has a history of fatal tornadoes) but since it was part of the same outbreak, and assuming those details can be mentioned (under "See section on this tornado" or something like that) it would probably be a good idea to go ahead with the merger. Also, do you think it would be ''actually'' worth it to create an article about the May 2008 Southern California tornadoes (an event that I witnessed personally) that resulted in four tornadoes across the state?
