As of December 2018, it provides services to 45 districts of Nepal.[2] It has been extending its network with an aim of having coverage of the entire of Nepal. On October 28 2017 the company launched its 4G services in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Pokhara.[3] On August 24, SmartCell was rebranded to "Smart".
