It's bullshit that base stats were determined just 12 days after the games' release while Litleo's gender ratio was not known until three years later, even though they are both hidden data, AFAIK. Even the claim that the shiny Pokémon rate had been increased, was not confirmed until November 18, 2013, about five weeks after the games' release.
