The '''Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS)''' is a professional association the [[certified public accountant|certified public accountant (CPA)]] profession in Indiana. The Indiana CPA Society advocates the CPA profession in the [[legislative]] process. Society staff members and volunteers attend Indiana Board of Accountancy meetings as well as state and national meetings with the [[AICPA]], [[National Association of State Boards of Accountancy|NASBA]], [[IRS]] and many others. Founded in 1915, the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS) is a statewide professional association representing nearly 8,000 CPAs and accounting professionals who are transforming business in Indiana. It serves the public interest as well as its members, and functions as an advocate for the profession through education, public awareness, government relations and promotion of high ethical standards.
