Pendu Sound Recordings was an indie label used by aTelecine, Chelsea Wolfe, Azar Swan, White Ring, Talibam!, Tempers,[2] Von Haze, and others. The NYC label also known as Pendu Sound was founded by Todd Brooks for his PENDV projects in 2005 and closed in 2013.[1]

In May 2012 Pendu Sound joined forces with Frenchkiss Records.[3] In November 2012 Noisey featured Todd Pendu.[4] In February 2013 Pendu Sound launched a digital single series with the Tempers.[2][5]

The Pendu Sound site still offers reviews, photos, videos, interviews and other background material about their former artists featuring Sasha Grey's Juliette Society in one of the last posts.
