Character names

There's a fair bit of debate about the spelling of character names, so there might as well be a discussion opened up.

There is a piece of merchandise in which Riko's name is written as "Liko", but ideally the most reliable source for English names of characters would be the Data Carddass cards, so if we find any images of those we'll know for sure. Side characters on the other hand are unlikely to get any official English spellings, what with this not being an officially subtitle series, so in that case it's best to use some common sense. For example: names like Liz, Emily, and Isaac are clearly English names, and should be written as such, whereas names that seem like they could go either way, such as Kei/Kay, should be written in Japanese just to be safe. Just to let you know, episode 40 has confirmed that Riko's name is spelt "Liko" (in big balloon letters as well) Wonchop (talk) 21:38, 13 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
