it seems that portals are a topic of contention currently so I should probably focus my energy elsewhere for now...

Hello, my name is Sage and I have been browsing Wikipedia for a long long time as it's one of the main ways I relax. I mostly edit at work and I still find myself reading more than actually editing, both in mainspace and project space. Feel free to spell Acori with just one R as that was its original form.

Because I usually edit on heavily filtered work internet (I have to fight for Wikipedia and I can't even see the pictures), I typically don't have access to research sources, so I spend most of my time on cleanup and wikification. I usually work my way through the underlinked articles backlog since wikilinking is my favorite task, although I've been getting sucked into cleanup rabbitholes lately and learning a lot about topics I'd never previously heard of as I fix their pages. It's probably my most rewarding hobby~

I've also been known to help out with the Wikipedia Signpost, especially adapting the Traffic Report.

Wikipedia was recently blocked by my workplace because certain unsavory, and now unemployed, individuals were using draftspace and user subpages to steal credit card information. Work is also, ironically, the only place I have the free time to edit. It's been unblocked now, so I'm excited to get back to editing, but I'm always at risk of vanishing again. I really apologise for my inconvenient situation! I love you all. If I seem to be under the block again, I can still be reached by email!
