Corinium Radio operates as a not-for-profit organisation with a flat management structure informed by its membership. Our volunteers range from 8 years to 80+, all receiving training to help them tell their story and share their passion through audio and visual media. Governance is managed by the Directors of Corinium Radio Ltd who meet regularly to consider and plan the strategic direction of the community radio station underpinned by a Management Team which is representative of the functions within the organisation. |

Corinium Radio is now running as a 'not-for-profit organisation' and all members of the team are volunteers who give up their free time every few weeks to attend planning and programming meetings and broadcasts. The organisation of the station is run by two teams - the planning group and the programming group, although numbers are short and many people are on both teams. The planning group are a group of 12 people who meet regularly and the planning group are responsible for licence applications, technical issues, fundraising and maintaining the website. The programming group is open to all members of the public and is the group where scheduling is discussed.<ref>Structure - {{cite web |url=http://www.coriniumradio.co.uk/content/about-us/ |title=Archived copy |accessdate=2010-03-20 |deadurl=yes |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20100314164917/http://www.coriniumradio.co.uk/content/about-us/ |archivedate=2010-03-14 |df= }}</ref> |
