Corinium Radio operates as a not-for-profit organisation with a flat management structure informed by its membership. Our volunteers range from 8 years to 80+, all receiving training to help them tell their story and share their passion through audio and visual media. Governance is managed by the Directors of Corinium Radio Ltd who meet regularly to consider and plan the strategic direction of the community radio station underpinned by a Management Team which is representative of the functions within the organisation.
