WYAT is a low-power television station licensed to Martinsville, Virginia and operating on UHF Channel 40. WYAT-LP is owned and operated by Martinsville Media.

The station is currently off-air, and has a Special Temporary Authority from the Federal Communications Commission to remain so until July 2019.
