Mohamed Charfi (11 October 1936 in Sfax – 6 June 2008) was a well-known academic and politician. He was the minister of education between 1989 and 1994. He studied at the university of law Paris. He also was an active member in UGET of Tunisia.

He was married to Faouzia Charfi.[1]
