Kate Todd II (born on December 12, 1987 in Barrie, Ontario, Canada) is an actress and musician, most famous for her role as Lily Randall/ "Shady Lane" in the Canadian television series, Radio Free Roscoe. She can sing and play guitar, like her character in Radio Free Roscoe. Kate was previously a model. Kate speaks both english and french. Kate currently attends Nantyr Shores Secondary School in Innisfil, Ontario until 2006. She studied acting with Dean Armstrong, who played one of the principal characters in Showtime's television series, "Queer as Folk".

Recently she appeared Bayfield Mall in her hometown of Barrie, with fellow Radio Free Roscoe actor Nathan Stephenson for autograph signing.

Trivia: Her characters name on Radio Free Roscoe "Shady Lane" is a song from the indie band Pavement. "Shady Lane" is also a name of a street somewhere in Ontario and in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
