Chick Cancer is the 7th episode of Season 5 of the FOX animated television series Family Guy.

This is the second episode featuring Stewie's show business partner Olivia. The first being From Method to Madness.

The scene where Brian continually tells Stewie, "It's not your fault" is a parody of a scene from Good Will Hunting where Robin William's character tells Matt Damon's the same thing.
