Cycas Hospitality is a hotel management company operating across the extended-stay and mainstream hospitality sectors. Its specialist areas include double-decker hotels,[3] property development and asset management.

Considered "best known for pioneering the branded extended-stay hotel concept in Europe",[4] Cycas has been described as the largest operator of extended-stay aparthotels in the UK, with further properties in The Netherlands,[5] Belgium,[6] France[7] and Germany.[8]

A white-label partner working with global hotel franchise brands and international investors in Europe, Cycas is the biggest extended-stay operator for IHG's Staybridge Suites brand and Marriott's Residence Inn in the region,[9] and Hyatt's largest franchisee in Europe. Cycas also helped develop the dual-branded hotel concept in the region for each company[10] and, in June 2019, announced a partnership with Quest Apartment Hotels[11]; a member of The Ascott Limited (Ascott).

Cycas was founded in 2008 by John Wagner and Eduard Elias.[12] Following investment from the family-owned Huakee Group in 2017,[13] Cycas plans to grow from nearly 4,000 suites and rooms to 10,000 across the UK and mainland Europe.[14]
