Yasuhiro Takemoto (武本 康弘, Takemoto Yasuhiro, born April 5, 1972[1]) was a Japanese animator, television, and film director. He worked at Kyoto Animation for almost his entire animation career, joining the company in 1996. He was one of 33 victims in the Kyoto Animation arson attack.[2][citation needed]
