Wataru Murofushi (室伏 航, Murofushi Wataru, born 13 June 1995) is a Japanese footballer who plays for Canadian club York9 as a midfielder.

Club career

Albirex Niigata (S)

Murofushi signed for Albirex Niigata Singapore FC after graduating from Juntendo University.[1][2] A brilliant first season with the White Swans saw him win all 4 domestic trophies while winning the Player of the Season Award.[3]

York9

On 22 January 2019, Murofushi signed with Canadian Premier League side York9 FC.[4] He made his debut in York's inaugural match against Forge FC on April 27.[5]
