Template:Infobox My Name Is Earl episode

Synopsis

Template:Spoiler

Earl tries to make amends with Tom (Larry Hankin), number 50 on his list. Tom is the older man they let be the lead singer in his band "Fish Tahko", but then kicked out before their first performance. While trying to arrange a reunion show Earl must also deal with Number 51, "Slept with Ralph's mom."

Fish Tahko featured Earl on bass, his brother Randy on drums, their friend Ralph on guitar, and Tom on vocals. They kicked Tom out after deciding he was too old and was "scaring off the chicks".

Fish Tahko played once and disbanded after they sold their instruments for beer. However, Tom was on Earl's list of bad things he'd done. So they decided to get back together and play one show with the old man, but broke up again when Ralph found out that Earl had slept with his mother. After they had apologized and figured things out, they played one more show with Tom on vocals. Fish Tahko did get a huge reaction from everyone in the bar, but they just wanted to play one show and nothing more.

  • "Frankenstein", the song that Phish Tahko plays does not have any singing, therefore there would be no need for a lead singer (note that Tom never sings)
