Two entries were effectively duplicated, and directed to the same page, so have been combined. Entries were somewhat ambiguous, and have been better distinguished from each other better. Entries have been reordered, for example to put the West Frisian language first, as the default meaning of 'West Frisian' in linguistics, ahead of the reference to the dialect of Dutch, an entirely distinct language.
