Grubville is an unincorporated community in western Jefferson County, Missouri, United States.[1] It is part of the St. Louis metropolitan area and is located near the Jefferson/Franklin County line, approximately one mile south of Route 30. The area code is 636 and zip code is 63041.

A post office called Grubville has been in operation since 1853.[2] The community was named after the occupation of a local "grubber" (i.e. post hole digger).[3]
