The King of Fighters '98 is the fifth game in The King of Fighters series. This King of Fighter has an option to choose either an Extra Mode (Where the player presses A,B,and C at the same time to power up to do a SDM) and the Advanced Mode (Where the player builds up power to do a SDM). The Dreamcast port was confusingly named The King of Fighters: Dream Match 1999.
