- Syrian Civil War, 2019 Turkish offensive into north-eastern Syria
- Following the withdrawal of troops, U.S. warplanes bomb the Lafarge cement factory in Aleppo Governorate, Syria, which has been the base of operations by the 1st Marine Infantry Paratroopers Regiment, to destroy an ammunition cache and prevent the facility's use by Turkish-backed forces or Syrian government forces.
