WT:Social is a social network announced and launched by Jimmy Wales^[1].

WT:Social claims to be an inventive social network, aimed at people that "have faith in the truth"^[2]. It plans to run without adds and to survive on donations. It promises to never sell user data.

The announcement happened at Digital X 2019 in Cologne, Germany. At the time of announcement WT:Social is still in development phase but first users can already register. Jimmy Wales's page showed he had already registered June 17 2019^[3].
