aristicratic titles in the lead

aristocratic titles have been removed from the lead with no information on rationale provided. I have consulted nobility naming convention manual and biographies manual and can find no guidance on usage of nobility titles in the lead, though there is info that honorary titles should not be removed from this section. How do you know his name is Joaquín Manglano y Cucaló de Montull Joaquín Manglano y Cucaló de Montull, Grandee of Spain, 15. Baron of Cárcer, 2. Baron of Beniomer, 18. Baron of Llaurí, 6. Count of Burgo de Laverazo, 2. Marquis of Altamira de la Puebla, 13. Baron of Alcahalí de San Juan y Mosquera? I removed this because it's unsourced.
