:::Okay, so I'm now reviving this discussion because another user deleted the singles, under the reason that "they're already listed on the Chris Gaines page". Okay, sure, but they're still Brooks singles, and there's no reason they shouldn't be listed here. ''Billboard'' lists them as Brooks singles, as well. I feel there isn't really a good reason to take them off, so unless someone objects, they should go back.

Should we include the Chris Gaines albums on here, since technically it was a Garth album? Ten Pound Hammer(((ActionsWords))) 05:10, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Garth Brooks Scarecrow.jpg

Image:Garth Brooks Scarecrow.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The Limited Series

I've removed the RIAA certification from the 1998 boxed series compilation entitled The Limited Series. I did so because it isn't listed anywhere in the gold and platinum searchable database on RIAA.com. Odin's Beard (talk) 14:41, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Discrepancies between album listings and summary infobox

Currently, the numbers of albums listed in the infobox at the top of the page do not match the albums listed in the rest of the article. Specifically, the info box reports 10 studio albums vs. 9 listed, 3 compilation albums vs. 4 listed, and 3 boxed sets vs. 2 listed. I'm guessing that whoever last updated the infobox counted The Lost Sessions as a studio album rather than a compilation album as listed in the article. I'm also guessing the boxed set discrepancy involves The Entertainer, which is listed under Video/DVDs in the article, but as a boxed set in the Garth Brooks template at the end of the article. Could someone who's more knowledgeable about how these should be properly categorized clean up the discrepancies? --Teratron (talk) 17:04, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure how I missed it earlier, but I just noticed that The Lost Sessions is listed as a studio album in the Garth Brooks template. That confirms my guess that the studio albums/compilation albums discrepancy is due to differing placements of The Lost Sessions. The infobox and template are consistent with each other, but they are both inconsistent with the discography article. Which is correct? --Teratron (talk) 19:46, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

We purchased the Garth Brooks "Blame It All On My Roots" 8 disc set for Christmas 2013 and just opened the package. We found that the disk #2 was totally blank. How can I get a replacement, where we purchased this set they no longer carry the item. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.32.120.90 (talk) 15:04, 14 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

2015 Album

Garth already made an announcement and/or hint of his 2015 album release that's already per-purchasable (per-order) on his website under the website under the music tab. Reference: http://www.garthbrooks.com/music/ 65.26.91.175 (talk) 13:09, 24 October 2014 (UTC)[1][reply]

Chris Gaines

Is there a reason his Chris Gaines album and singles are not included? If the Christmas albums are, I don't see why they can't be. I'd add them myself, but I'm too lazy to look up chart positions.

Dpm12 (talk) 03:22, 23 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I added the album, singles and chart positions, but (even though I did it right), I can't get the format positioned properly, so after an hour and a half trying to fix it, I gave up. If someone else could try to fix them, that would be great.
