Dai Tokai Series (大都会 シリーズ) was a popular prime-time television detective series in Japan, which ran from 1976 to 1979 for a total of 132 episodes.The lead star was Tetsuya Watari.[1] The drama won popularity but instead of Daitokai part4, similar detective drama Seibu Keisatsu series were made by Ishihara promotion and TV Asahi by similar cast.[2]
