Expanded the Ohio State Route 732 page to include reference to Google Maps which provide at least 11 images of points on the route at intersections. Each photo is gives a complete revolution from one of these intersections. Marqqq (talk) 14:55, 28 June 2008 (UTC)Marqqq[reply]

recent additions reverted

Please offer a source where we can verify that the bridge was once a part of OH 732. Otherwsie it's not appropriate to the highway's history. Also you need to summarize and expand on the text, not blanket quote it verbatim. To include the text completely like that is a probable copyright violation and will be reverted on sight. I can answer any questions you might have. Imzadi1979 (talk) 19:12, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The reference is given quite plainly. You may call the district office of BCEO in Hamilton, Ohio as I did to verify it.

Just a suggestion, when citing information to a source, it is much preferred to use the <ref name="something"></ref> tags. This will make an in-line citation that will appear in the References section at the end of the article. The second time you need to use that reference, just type <ref name="something"/> and it will reuse that reference. Just replace "something" with an appropriate name for each separate source. I like to use the author's last name (if known) or an abbreviation of the agency or source title, putting numbers at the end if the same author or agency is being used for different sources.
Something else valuable to do is use citation templates like {{cite web}}, {{cite map}}, {{cite book}}, or {{cite press release}} to format the references. Clicking on any of those links will take you to a page where you can learn how to format the templates. An example would be to type <ref name="test">{{cite web|title=Google |url=http://www.google.com/ |accessdate=2008-09-06 |date=2008}}</ref> to get a reference like this.[1]
Following these suggestions makes a much cleaner article to read. This way if a reader wants to see the source information, he can click the little superscript at the end of the sentence.[1] This doesn't clutter up the text with "(Atlas of Butler County maps is in the Oxford Branch of the Lane Library)". We don't need to know what library has the source, just what the information is on the source, title, publisher, date, etc. Another example is the reference <ref name="rydholm">{{cite book |last=Rydholm |first=C. Fred |title=Superior Heartland: A Backwoods History |edition=Vol. I |year=1989 |publisher=Braun-Brumfield |location=[[Ann Arbor, MI]] | |isbn= 0963994824 |pages=pp.508–515}}</ref> which is a book source used in the M-35 (Michigan highway) article.[2]
If you have any questions, just ask. Imzadi1979 (talk) 21:33, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Amidst everything else with your writing of the OH 732 page, please keep all references to OH 732 consistent throughout the page. Thank you. DanTheMan474 (talk) 15:51, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Baseball stats

Thanks for your interest in updating the career statistics for Alex Rodriguez. However, please update all stats including the date updated, and not just one specific statistic. This keeps all the information up-to-date. Thanks.—Bagumba (talk) 04:31, 5 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bizarre

Could you explain why you made this revert? It reintroduces unsourced content and somebody else's signature into the article. Signatures never belong in article-space. bobrayner (talk) 17:34, 22 July 2012 (UTC) Ice out is the most significant time of the year in the lake. The use transits from snowmobiles, ice fishing and ice sailing to watercraft. Ice out has been tracked in Maine lakes over many years and the changing results are used as evidence of global warning. You can check Moosehead lake ice out, Sebec lake ice out to see if you think the time period is out of line.[reply]

OH 732

Good day, I'm not sure if you're still around, but I was looking at the Ohio State Route 732 article and was unable to find what the citation in the history section is pointing to. Right now it just points to an index site. InTheAM 17:16, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Patrick F. Fischer, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Do not mark insertion of controversial POV material as minor.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 15:08, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of mountains of the Appalachians, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Mars Hill and Crocker Mountain (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
