Sri Lankan elephant

Wildlife Heritage Trust of Sri Lanka, Colombo) However, according to the elephant census conducted in 2011 by the Wildlife Conservation Department of Sri Lanka, only 2% of the total population are tuskers.

Sense of smell

Is it true that elephants can smell water from 100 miles away? This is just a thing I've heard, but if it is true it could go in the article. Vorbee (talk) 06:23, 26 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
