Notability? Merge?

Is this notable enough for its own article? There are no sources cited and I can't see any secondary sources online. Probably it should be merged with Architecture 2030 (which is itself borderline notable). Sionk (talk) 20:41, 8 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Remove the degree symbol from title?
