So is this about robots, bots or both?

For software robots the term is "bot" hence the name should be changed if it's not also about robots.

This is an utter whitewash. There is no mention whatsoever of expected backlash. In the “impact on society” section, both references actually predict this and discuss it, yet this article doesn’t even mention them and presents a totally one-sided narrative that this is beautifully wonderful for everyone, which is horseshit. There is a lot of criticism of this, and it is totally missing.
