Sarah Longwell is a political strategist. She is a "leading" anti-Trump Republican.[1]

Longwell is publisher of The Bulwark.[2] She is also the President and CEO of Longwell Partners, a Washington, DC communications firm.[3] Before November 2019, she was the Communications Director and a Senior Vice President at Berman and Company.[4]

She was a prominent voice in the Never Trump movement.[5] Longwell heads Republicans for the Rule of Law[6] and was the first female member of the Board of the Log Cabin Republicans[7] and, later, Chairman of the Board.[8][5][9]

Longwell is a 2002 graduate of Kenyon College.[10]

Personal life

Longwell identifies as lesbian.[11][12]
