Thanks a lot, Brion, Juuitchan, and anonymous. I've put the two answers here in Wikipedia talk:Wikipedians/South Korea page for other possible korean wikipediholics. Xaos
Xaos, it's great to have at least one Korean on board. Please don't feel that your English ability prohibits you from writing ariticles about ANYTHING (not just about Korea). It is EASY for us to edit your grammar and spelling ... that's what's so great about wikipedia! If you make a mistake, somebody will fix it, QUICK! Several ESL teachers here are also trying to add more Korean content to wikipedia, so, hopefully, we'll have info on Korean mask dances, "national treasures," holidays, hanbok, geography, etc. Sara Parks Ricker 16:52 Oct 9, 2002 (UTC)
환영합니다! --Ed Poor
Hey, I noticed your (I think it was you) note on the Korean stub wikipedia. If you like, I can set it up on the new server where I can configure it for Unicode support and links should work. Interface localization can be dropped in as it goes, as with the Japanese stub wikipedia which I notice you've also discovered. --Brion 23:49 Oct 10, 2002 (UTC)
- I went ahead and did so. --Brion 08:16 Oct 11, 2002 (UTC)
Xaos, I'm glad you're here. I know Sara and I have felt quite a burden to add Korean content to Wikipedia, but being strangers in a strange land (strange to us, I mean) makes things difficult.
As Sara has said, please write some articles; we've had people do good work with far worse English than you have at your command. --Stephen Gilbert 02:30 Oct 14, 2002 (UTC)
