Pigs (also titled The 13th Pig, Daddy's Deadly Darling, Horror Farm, Daddy's Girl, The Strange Exorcism of Lynn Hart, The Strange Love Exorcist and Roadside Torture Chamber) is a 1973 horror film directed by Marc Lawrence and currently distributed by Troma Entertainment.[citation needed] On its release premiere in Detroit, Michigan, on May 23, 1973, the distributor offered free bacon to the audience as part of a promotion.[1]
Synopsis
Toni Lawrence plays Lynn Webster, an escapee from a mental hospital who takes refuge in a local diner inhabited by a man named Zambrini and his pigpen of human flesh-eating pigs. When Lynn starts killing men who remind her of her abusive father (whom she killed after he raped her), Zambrini feeds the remains to his sadistic swine. However, law enforcement starts to catch up with the two of them.[citation needed]
