Simon Paul Moutter is a New Zealand engineer and businessman, and Managing Director of Spark New Zealand[1][2] since 1 September 2012.
Early life
Moutter has a BSc Bachelor of Science (Physics) from Massey University, a BE (Hons) Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (Electrical and Electronics) from the University of Canterbury, and a ME Master of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) also from the University of Canterbury.[3]

- 2000 – 2002: Group General Manager Network & International, Telecom NZ

2018 Moutter became a Te Aho Tāmaka Manawatū Leader. Te Aho Tāmaka celebrates accomplished leaders who are making a difference in New Zealand and globally, and whose connection to Manawatū has formed part of who they are today.
