Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 27.252.215.241. Place any further information here. 27.252.215.241 (talk) 20:57, 21 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This IP address is not blocked. If you see a block message when you try to edit, you'll have to tell us what, exactly, it says so we can investigate. Huon (talk) 21:44, 21 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

This is what it says:

"You are currently unable to edit Wikipedia. You are still able to view pages, but you are not currently able to edit, move, or create them.

Editing from 172.83.40.0/22 has been blocked (disabled) by ‪ST47‬ for the following reason(s): Server-multiple.svgThe IP address that you are currently using has been blocked because it is believed to be a web host provider or colocation provider. To prevent abuse, web hosts and colocation providers may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. You will not be able to edit Wikipedia using a web host or colocation provider. Since the web host acts like a proxy, because it hides your IP address, it has been blocked. To prevent abuse, these IPs may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. If you do not have any other way to edit Wikipedia, you will need to request an IP block exemption" ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I don't know why it gives the IP address of 172.83.40.0/22 because that's not my IP address. I do have a VPN program installed on my computer which I sometimes use but it is not turned on at the moment and is never turned on when I Want to edit Wikipedia. I am sure this is something that happens all the time and there's a simple explanation and fix for it. I tried following the instructions for what to do when you search for a block and none comes up, but I couldn't make sense of them 27.252.215.241 (talk) 22:35, 21 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You may need to clear your browser's cache after you turn off your VPN. as the cookies could cause Wikipedia to 'think' your VPN is on even if it is off. 331dot (talk) 23:40, 21 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

January 2020

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Amygdalin, you may be blocked from editing. - Sumanuil (talk) 07:25, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

At the very least you will gain some insight into the principle of valid cognition or valid knowledge. Thanks all the same, though, bro/sister.
