clinching/elimination scenarios
fyi, whoever: Chile will be eliminated with a loss or tie to Ecuador. Chile needxs to beat Colombia and Ecuador and that Ecuador loses to Brazil. If Ecuador ties Brazi, Ecuador and Chile will be tied on points witht the tiebreaker being goal difference.Ecuadorr clinch a place in the world cup by beating Brazil. Brazil and Argentina both clinch places with a win. Colombia will be eliminated from a place in the olympics with a tie or loss. [User:18abruce|18abruce]] (talk) 04:29, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
U-20 World Cup and Olympic qualification
Regarding the colors to be used in the chart for the Final Round of competition: This tournament is to qualify for the 2011 U-20 World Cup and the 2012 Olympic Games. Is there a plan to use two colors in the Second Round chart to make that distinction? --SargentIV (talk) 04:16, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
- I setup a color key above the standings table to show the possible situations (Olympics and/or World Cup). See what you think. LarryJeff (talk) 20:53, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
- I like that. Thank you! --SargentIV (talk) 20:57, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
