I think the one book has notability, but if there are English books and articles about him it'll make it easier to demonstrate it to ENwiki users. I wonder how many TRwiki users are also heavily active on ENwiki. I'd like to move it over, but because I don't have good knowledge of Turkish (to read underlying sources) it might be good to have TRwiki users check the sources to make sure WP:GNG is matched.
