Kelliher is a village within the Rural Municipality of Kellross No. 247, in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. The village is located about 140 km north of the provincial capital, Regina. The village had a population of 217 in the 2016 Canada Census, (a 0.5% increase from 216 in the 2011 Canada Census).
Demographics
In the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the Village of Kelliher recorded a population of 217 living in 123 of its 151 total private dwellings, a 0.5% change from its 2011 population of 216. With a land area of 2.81 km2 (1.08 sq mi), it had a population density of 77.2/km2 (200.0/sq mi) in 2016.[7]
In the 2011 Census of Population, the Village of Kelliher recorded a population of 216, a -16% change from its 2006 population of 257. With a land area of 2.81 km2 (1.08 sq mi), it had a population density of 76.9/km2 (199.1/sq mi) in 2011.[8]
