Elizabeth Mitchell (born on March 27, 1970 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actress who has made appearances in Lost, The Santa Clause 2, Nurse Betty, Gia, ER and numerous other film and TV shows. She attended Dallas's Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
Elizabeth is spouse to actor Chris Soldevilla. They have a son, Christopher Jr, whom she calls C.J., and who was born on September 4th 2005. She is currently appearing as the new character Juliet on ABC's hit drama Lost.

- Mitchell broke her nose filming "Frequency" in 2000.
- Did a Hertz rental car commercial, but took it back when "O.J. did his thing".
- 1995, Mitchell lived with boyfriend actor David Lee Smith who used to Brent on soap opera "One Life To Live" in 1968.
