Ben Buckingham (born 8 November 1991)[1] is an Australian steeplechase runner. In 2019, he won the gold medal in the men's 3000 metres steeplechase at the 2019 Oceania Athletics Championships held in Townsville, Australia.[2]

In 2019, he also competed in the men's 3000 metres steeplechase event at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar.[1] He did not qualify to compete in the final.[1]
