On arrival in Hargeisa, he established the Warsame Saeed Construction Company that has become reckoned with for the erection of various businesses and residential structures and more specifically the new Parliament Building in Hargeisa. |

When the moment was right, Eng. Yussuf Warsame Saeed seized the opportunity by running for a seat in the [[Hargeisa City Council]] where he can be a vehicle of change and development.
