Copyright violation

As stated at de:Diskussion:Der heimliche Aufmarsch, the text of the poem is not in the public domain, because the author was dead in 1953. --Trek00 (talk) 23:42, 17 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I agree; I believe the German copyright will expire at the end of 2023. The lyrics should not appear in the article until after that date. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 16:06, 26 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
