== Lead sentence, "American" or "British" series? ==

The lead sentence currently describes this as an "American" series. Per [[MOS:TVLEAD]] the nationality of a series is based on "the country [...] within which principal creative control was exercised". Are there reliable sources over whether this is the US or the UK?
